Job Description:

  • Social Media Strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that fosters meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Platform Optimization: Set up and optimize company pages on various social media platforms to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage social media campaigns to generate leads and acquire new users.
  • Lead Management: Ensure that the leads generated through campaigns are uploaded into the LMS and shared with the branches.
  • Sales & CPS Coordination: Coordinate with branches for sales tracking and Cost Per Sale (CPS) recovery.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Continuously improve social media efforts by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and acting on the findings.
  • Reporting: Share reports and visibility with senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
