Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the daily social media editorial calendar and drive engagement across various platforms.
• Plan, develop, and implement the company's overall social media strategy to improve online presence.
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections with the brand.
• Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
• Recommend improvements to increase performance and provide detailed performance reports for different platforms.
• Work in partnership with internal team members to align on goals.
• Analyze and report on competitor activity.
• Follow branding guidelines, voice, and tone to ensure all content is consistent.
• Set up and optimize company pages on each platform to increase visibility.

Skills and Expertise

• Excellent written and verbal communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter.
• Proven ability to create original content.
• Experience with data analysis and performance reporting.
• A proactive and creative approach to building and executing a social media strategy
