Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research to identify opportunities, and collaborating with teams to improve sales performance. Key tasks include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing marketing initiatives, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Plan and execute growth-driven campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant portals.
  • Optimize campaigns using metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Continuously review campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and recommend data-backed optimizations.

Creative Strategy:

  • Plan and test creative content and audience strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely implementation of campaign creatives.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to different platforms.

Testing & Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to refine marketing strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 1.5 - 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling ad content and messaging.
