Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is creative, digitally savvy, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media presence, coordinating events, and designing impactful marketing collaterals using tools like Canva and AI-based platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of creativity, technology, and brand communication, and wants to grow into a full-fledged marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage the company's social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) plan, schedule, and post engaging content.
  • Assist in executing digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, and paid ads) in coordination with internal or external teams.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Research trending topics and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.

2. Content Creation & Design

  • Create visually appealing social media posts, presentations, brochures, and mailers using Canva, PowerPoint, and AI design tools.
  • Support in developing short videos, product teasers, and event highlights using tools like Heygen,Veed.io, Runway ML, or similar AI tools.
  • Coordinate with external designers or agencies when needed to ensure brand consistency.

3. Event Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, distributor meets, internal events, and customer connect programs.
  • Manage event logistics vendor coordination, branding materials, giveaways, and photography.
  • Support on-site execution and post-event coverage for social media and internal communication.

4. Marketing Operations & Support

  • Help maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and image/video archives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports for management and sales teams.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for collateral support, branding, and promotional requirements.
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving brand awareness and digital presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/BBA in Marketing or equivalent discipline.
  • 23 years of experience in marketing, digital communication, or brand promotion (preferably B2B or industrial setup).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, and AI-based content/design tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics).
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
