About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Marketing Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background to support our marketing, product promotion, and client communication. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong communication and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for NDT products, services, and training programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (business development, technical, content) for seamless project execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing decisions.
- Generate leads through digital campaigns, email marketing, events, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate on content creationhelping with technical blogs, social media posts, and marketing collaterals.
- Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Organize webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
- Track campaign performance and share insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to support strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- 1.53 years of experience in marketing, technical marketing, or product promotion.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/industrial products or engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into simple, customer-friendly content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, email marketing, social media, and content) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
