Job Title: Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Marketing Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background to support our marketing, product promotion, and client communication. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong communication and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for NDT products, services, and training programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (business development, technical, content) for seamless project execution.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing decisions.
  • Generate leads through digital campaigns, email marketing, events, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate on content creationhelping with technical blogs, social media posts, and marketing collaterals.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Organize webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to support strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 1.53 years of experience in marketing, technical marketing, or product promotion.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/industrial products or engineering solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into simple, customer-friendly content.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, email marketing, social media, and content) is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
