Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and managing communication channels to enhance brand visibility. The role includes collaborating with sales teams, planning and overseeing marketing projects, creating compelling content, and ensuring timely project delivery. Additionally, the individual will play a key role in optimizing marketing strategies and contributing to customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of marketing experience in building materials industry (AAC blocks, cement, tiles, dry mix preferred).
• You possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
•   You have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
•   You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
