About The Opportunity
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic
Senior Marketing Automation Specialist with strong experience in
Adobe Marketo Engage to join our dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible not only for designing and optimizing automated marketing programs, but also for
partnering closely with marketing stakeholders and leaders to define, solution, and prioritize scalable marketing automation strategies.
This position will play a key role in
evolving our marketing automation architecture, optimizing systems, and enabling business growth, while supporting the transition of executional work to offshore resources.
What You'll Get To Do
Strategic Marketing Partnership
- Partner with marketing stakeholders and leaders to identify business needs, translate requirements, and design scalable marketing automation solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing teams on campaign strategy, lifecycle design, and automation best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and align on roadmap for marketing automation capabilities
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover opportunities for optimization, personalization, and improved customer journeys
Marketing Automation Architecture & System Optimization
- Design and maintain scalable Marketo architecture, including program templates, data structures, and workflows
- Drive continuous improvement of systems, integrations, and processes across the MarTech stack (e.g., Salesforce, webinar platforms)
- Own and optimize lead management frameworks, including scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle models
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across systems
Execution Oversight & Enablement
- Oversee execution of campaigns delivered by offshore teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
- Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and enablement materials
- Provide guidance and QA support for campaign builds, workflows, and testing
Performance & Innovation
- Monitor campaign and program performance, delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay current on Marketo and MarTech trends, identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities and efficiency
Skills And Experience We Value
- University degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of marketing automation experience, with strong expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage and Salesforce
- Proven experience working with marketing stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Strong understanding of marketing automation architecture, data models, and system integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in campaign lifecycle design, lead management, and personalization strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
What Would Make You Really Stand Out
- Adobe Engage Business Practitioner Certification, Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), Salesforce, Instapage and Demand Base expertise
- Experience designing and scaling global marketing automation frameworks
- Background in MarTech strategy, system optimization, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery teams
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Adobe tools
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, etc.)
