Position description: Dynamic professional driving marketing initiatives, executing campaigns, and contributing to strategic planning at the executive level to enhance brand visibility and achieve organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
- Conducting meetings with existing parents.
- Conducting market visit meetings.
- Looking after the work of administration and generating leads for the organisation.
- Fixing meetings with existing parents and generating fresh leads for the organisation.
- Meeting new parents during a field visit to generate fresh leads.
- Conducting contests and events for the students for branding and promotion of the organisation.
- Creating positive buzz and awareness about the organisation in the market.
- Increasing visibility of the organisation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, business development, and ATL/BTL activities, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, brand promotion, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with parents, students, and external partners.
- Proven ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling market visits and outreach activities.
