Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to build and scale our affiliate and community-led acquisition channels. This role will focus on activating affiliate partners, creators, and niche communities while supporting the performance marketing team to drive measurable revenue growth.
You will work closely with the Growth and Performance teams to execute, optimize, and scale partner-led acquisition programs.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management
- Identify, onboard, and activate affiliate partners (creators, publishers, micro-influencers, community admins)
- Manage affiliate tracking platforms, coupon codes, and attribution systems.
- Track performance metrics including revenue, CAC, ROAS, and activation rates.
- Optimize commission structures and incentive programs.
- Ensure accurate tracking and prevent misuse or fraud
Community Channel Activation
- Build partnerships with fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and niche online communities.
- Launch referral and performance-based campaigns within WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Discord groups.
- Create affiliate toolkits (creatives, messaging templates, landing pages).
- Run community-specific promotions and engagement experiments.
Performance Marketing Support
- Collaborate with paid media team to scale high-performing affiliates through whitelisting and UGC ads.
- Assist with campaign reporting and weekly dashboards.
- Support landing page optimization for affiliate-driven traffic.
- Identify scalable partner segments for paid amplification
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily/weekly KPIs.
- Conduct A/B tests on messaging, incentives, and commission tiers.
- Build structured reports with insights and clear action steps
Core Skills
- Strong analytical ability (comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets).
- Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels, and attribution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and execution-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment
Good to Have
- Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, Refersion, FirstPromoter, Shopify apps, etc.).
- Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads dashboards.
- Experience working with creators or community partnerships
