The Role: Marketing Associate
Allwave is on an exciting growth trajectory, expanding its brand presence across new market segments and deepening its relationships with some of the world's most prestigious workplace technology and technical furniture brands. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Marketing Associate to join our team at the intersection of technology, brand building and human connection. We are hiring for multiple roles including roles for Global Delivery & Services as well as Brand representations
This is not a conventional numbers-driven sales role. Your primary mandate is to build visibility, tell compelling stories and create genuine excitement around the solutions and brands and solutions Allwave champions so that by the time a conversation with a prospective client happens, the groundwork of awareness, trust and aspiration has already been laid. Over time, your activity will feed a healthy, organic sales pipeline but your success will be measured by the quality of the brand presence you build, the communities you engage and the conversations you start.
For the Global role this will mean prospectibg GCC's and MNC's well facilities, IT, AV champions globally. For the brands in our portfolio are primarily US, European and UK leaders in workplace technology and technical furniture premium, design-led names that define how modern organizations think about their work environments. You will be the champion of these brands inside Allwave and the ambassador for them in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Market Visibility
For the Global role develop an understanding through market research & prospecting deals across Global Capability Centers and MNC's and bring in technical experts from within as needed.
Develop and execute brand-specific and multi-brand marketing campaigns that raise awareness of our curated portfolio of US/EU/UK workplace technology and technical furniture brands among target audiences.
Become deeply knowledgeable about the story, USP, design ethos and competitive positioning of each brand, and communicate these with confidence across all platforms and touchpoints.
Create and maintain compelling brand collateral social media, PR, presentations, one-pagers, digital assets, case study summaries and brand narratives in collaboration with internal teams and brand partners.
Conduct regular market segmentation analysis to identify the most valuable audience clusters by industry, company size, decision-maker profile and workplace typology and tailor brand communication strategies accordingly.
Events, Demos & Experiences
Conceptualize and coordinate brand events, product launches, roadshows, trade participation and hosted experiences at Allwave's own concept space as well as at client premises.
Manage end-to-end logistics for demo events both live in-person and virtual/online including invitations, agenda design, speaker coordination, technology setup and post-event follow-up.
Facilitate compelling, hands-on product demonstrations at Allwave's concept space that allow prospects to experience the power and design of our brands in a real-world setting.
Represent Allwave and brand partners at industry events, expos, seminars and AVIXA/PSNI-affiliated gatherings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Client Engagement & Requirements Capture
Engage with prospective clients, architects, interior designers, IT decision-makers and procurement leads to understand their workplace aspirations and technology requirements.
Conduct discovery conversations, ask thoughtful questions and document client requirements with clarity and precision to feed into the pre-sales and design process.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor not a pushy salesperson by consistently adding value through insights, ideas and a genuine understanding of client goals.
Support the senior sales and technical teams with relevant marketing context, brand intelligence and client-facing materials at various stages of the sales cycle.
Pipeline Building & Reporting
Maintain an active database of leads, prospects, campaign touchpoints and engagement activities using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, brand engagement metrics, event outcomes and pipeline contribution to management.
Continuously refine your go-to-market approach based on data, feedback and evolving market trends.

Skills & Capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
Strong instinct for what makes a campaign, an event or a piece of content work and the drive to execute it well.
Comfort with digital tools: social media platforms, basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express or similar), email marketing, CRM and productivity software.
Ability to ask the right questions, listen actively and distil complex requirements into clear, actionable insights.
Willingness to learn continuously about products, industries, client organizations and best-in-class marketing practices.
A natural affinity for premium, design-conscious brands and an appreciation for quality and craft in product and experience design.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Technology or a related discipline.
04 years of experience in a marketing, business development, inside sales or brand communication role.
Prior exposure to B2B technology, workplace solutions, architecture/interior design or premium brand marketing is a strong advantage.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills, a portfolio of projects or initiatives, and a demonstrable passion for technology and brands are warmly encouraged to apply. Intensse onboarding training will be provided.
