This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, conducting market research, coordinating projects, and supporting sales efforts. Day-to-day activities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, collaborating with the creative team, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing to identify trends, target audience preferences, and create impactful strategies.
• Sales and Project Management experience to support campaigns, track progress, and drive results.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in digital marketing or working with D2C brands is an advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
