Marketing Associate - Semi Finished Steel Products

Azzaron Overseas, a leading Indian steel trading enterprise, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team in New Delhi.

About the Role

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with forging companies across India that require high-quality steel products. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by connecting with potential clients and promoting our offerings.

We represent multiple steel casting plants that produce raw materials specifically for the forging industry, ensuring a reliable and high-quality supply for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the Indian forging industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at forging companies.
• Understand different types of steel products and their applications in the forging industry (knowledge of metal or steel industry preferred).
• Leverage your sales experience to effectively present Azzaron Overseas products and negotiate deals with clients.
• Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activity, and potential client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and/or business development (a plus in the steel industry).
• Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape and forging industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English & Hindi and proficiency in any other language is a benefit.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the Azzaron Overseas team.
• Ability to travel within Indian region for approximately 70% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

• This is a Fixed + commission-based position with the potential for high earnings based on performance.
• Travel expenses within India for business purposes will be covered by the company.
