Role Description

Outmatch is seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The associate will be responsible for identifying and managing relationships with influencers, creating and executing influencer marketing strategies, and managing campaigns. Duties include coordinating collaborations, negotiating partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and aligning influencer activities with broader social media and marketing initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including public relations and sales, will also be an essential part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

• Interest in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
• Interest in Sales and partnership negotiations
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
• Strong command of language
• High ownership of tasks
