Job Description
- The role involves owning and steering the endtoend brand and marketing strategy, ensuring cultural relevance, consistency, and strong business outcomes.
- The leader will define brand positioning, oversee creative direction, develop integrated campaigns across all channels, and craft compelling brand narratives.
- Responsibilities span brand strategy, digital marketing, CRM, retail marketing, PR, collaborations, and market expansion.
- The role also includes driving consumercentric and dataled decision-making, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring a premium, cohesive brand experience across online and offline environments.
- A key component is leading and developing high-performing teams while managing budgets, processes, and OKRs for operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate brings 10-15+ years of experience in brand or marketing leadership, preferably within D2C, lifestyle, retail, fashion, or FMCG industries. They possess deep expertise in brand building, storytelling, integrated marketing, consumer insights, and data-driven strategy. Strong leadership, communication, aesthetic sense, and stakeholder management are essential, along with a passion for sustainability and purpose-led brand building.
