Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead both teams and drive overall business growth. This role requires strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and aligning marketing and business development activities with overall business goals. The candidate should be capable of independently managing growth strategies while also leading and mentoring teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Leadership:

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing strategies
  • Manage social media, branding, content creation, and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and optimize based on analytics
  • Coordinate with creative teams for marketing materials and campaigns
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends
  • Track marketing KPIs including campaign ROI, lead quality, and brand engagement

Business Development Management:

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments
  • Generate leads and convert high-value clients through BD initiatives
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and strategic partnership presentations
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Maintain and update the BD pipeline through CRM systems

Team Handling & Coordination

  • Lead, manage, and mentor Marketing and BD teams
  • Set monthly targets, KPIs, and execution plans
  • Conduct weekly review meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams for smooth workflow
  • Resolve escalations and ensure effective interdepartmental communication

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop long-term business growth and expansion strategies
  • Align campaigns with company objectives, market trends, and seasonal demands
  • Analyze performance data and recommend improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or growth-focused roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales funnels
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling client relationships and business partnerships

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, IT, or service industry
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and campaign analysis tools
  • Ability to create professional marketing presentations and BD proposals
  • Understanding of lead generation, branding, and customer acquisition strategies
