Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (On-site)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + incentives

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in advertising/media sales or B2B sales to join our Chennai office.

The role involves selling elevator advertising slots to businesses and also generating clients for our digital marketing services. The candidate should be comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and building partnerships with apartment communities across Chennai.

• Sell elevator advertising slots to businesses such as restaurants, clinics, supermarkets, education brands, and real estate companies.
• Identify and onboard apartments and residential communities for ad placements.
• Meet corporates, SMEs, and local businesses to pitch advertising opportunities.
• Generate and close clients for digital marketing services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.

• 2–5 years experience in advertising sales, media sales, B2B sales, or digital marketing sales.
• Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings across Chennai.
• Knowledge of the Chennai market is preferred.
• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
