Role Summary

The Market Manager is responsible for promoting KBS programs in South and East India, generating business, and delivering high-quality customer service and business relationship management through proactive inbound and outbound initiatives. In addition, the Market Manager will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the education sector and related industries. A key focus will be to enhance brand visibility and recognition for Kaplan Business School across the designated regions, aligning with the institution's global standards and strategic objectives

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of the Australian education system, particularly in relation to international student recruitment and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting ambitious recruitment targets, executing regional marketing plans, and identifying new marketing opportunities through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the recruitment of international students to Australia
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective networks and relationships with staff, agents, and clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent public presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong proficiency in both oral and written English
  • Proven capability in researching, analysing, and interpreting data, identifying key trends, and delivering clear and concise reports
  • Advanced computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing, international education, or international studies
  • Comfortable with learning and adopting new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms, to enhance efficiency and leverage autonomy.
