Role Details
Market Head - Pioneer Private will be responsible for managing overall P&L of the region through a team of Private Banking relationship managers. Should possess strong leadership skills with a track record of managing senior, high performing relationship managers. Should have a strong service orientation and Wealth Management expertise.
Role and Responisibilities:
- Manage entire gamut of business in line with the overall objective of Pioneer Private
- Lead teams and enable RMs to deliver across product lines, providing strategic inputs and talking points on a regular basis
- Ensure all team members achieve productivity and grow
- Keep abreast with global, economic and wealth related current affairs
- Enhance liability book growth through NTB acquisition and deepening of existing book
- Build the book through NTB CASA Acquisition
- Ensure net AUM growth as per assigned baseline targets
- Efficient in leading engaging conversations with ultra HNI families and large business houses
- Should possess domain knowledge on entire wealth gamut and stay well-informed about product offerings by competition in the market
- Build and deepen relationships with existing Affluent Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues
- Compliance to all regulatory and auditory requirements
- Implementing the best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base
- Ensure team size as per assigned headcount budgets
