Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager at our Pune Division. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient food and beverage service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing inventory, implementing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and fostering a welcoming and vibrant cafe environment for guests and community members.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and manage client interactions professionally
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service to oversee operations and maintain quality standards
- Sales skills and abilities to develop and execute strategies to meet revenue goals and opportunities
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a cafe, hospitality, or food and beverage management role is preferred
- Flexibility to work in an on-site role with a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is advantageous
