POSITION SUMMARY:
Major role of this position is to train new associates on manufacturing process/product. Identify and make recommendations for new procedures and improving equipment. Act as facilitator and highly skilled team leader for the department. Provide leadership and support in ensuring quality, lowering cost and improving productivity in production. This position will report to Senior Production Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training & Onboarding Management: Coordinate new hire onboarding, OJT, cross‑training, and ongoing departmental training, including SOPs, QMS, GDP, LMS (Compliance Wire), Train‑the‑Trainer sessions, and development of interactive training curricula aligned with organizational needs.
Compliance, Documentation & Audit Support: Ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of training records, SOP revisions, and training modules support change control, PDR/NCR training, monitoring of expired or pending trainings, and participate in internal, FDA, ISO, and GMP audits to ensure compliance, quality, and safety.
Operational, Scheduling & Inventory Support: Assist manufacturing operations with daily scheduling and planning, preparation of build/release schedules, communication across teams, inventory management, and ad‑hoc support for manufacturing projects and day‑to‑day activities.
