Manufacturing Engineer - Senior

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads specific projects to create and implement all aspects of manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.
• Applies knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices to improve equipment and processes.
• Utilizes continuous improvement tools, follows Cummins standards, and develops manufacturing standards and working methods.
• Communicates with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members.
• Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.
• Maintains relationships and coaches key stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Education: College, university, or degree in Mechanical,Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics is required.
• Experience: 10-14 years of relevant work experience required.
