Your Role And Responsibilities

As the APAC Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners driving team leadership, hiring strategy development, and execution for APAC's Engineering, IT and Corporate Functions teams. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Lead the APAC Talent Acquisition team, composed of approximately 8 talent acquisition partners. Because our teams are built for efficiency and rely on shared services, you will frequently partner with other teams that support delivery
  • Coaching and Development: Coach, develop, and enable the TA team to consistently deliver exceptional results and be future-ready, aligned to Global Talent Acquisition goals and continuous improvement standards.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to inform talent strategies and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Serve as the global Talent Acquisition subject-matter expert for the India market and the APAC Engineering and IT talent landscape, providing data-driven insights to influence hiring strategy, workforce planning, and long-term capability needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Team Leadership Experience: Experience leading India and APAC delivery teams, including strategy development and execution, with a focus on achieving business outcomes
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong expertise across end-to-end talent acquisition, including program design, implementation, and optimization to address complex and high-demand hiring challenges aligned to business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders to identify hiring trends, risks, and opportunities impacting Talent Acquisition, including ownership of escalations and leadership of APAC-focused hiring initiatives.
  • Coaching and Development Skills: Experience building high-performing teams through coaching, skill development, and operational enablement, ensuring teams operate efficiently and consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • Business Outcome Achievement: Track record of developing and achieving goals, driving business outcomes, and ensuring team performance meets expectations.
  • Analytics: Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Transformation Program Design: Experience leading or contributing to programs in support of Talent Acquisition goals, ensuring effective execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Emerging Trends Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret emerging talent market trends and workforce dynamics to proactively influence Talent Acquisition strategies and business alignment.
  • Talent Acquisition Process Optimization: Experience working with talent acquisition processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
