Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.

Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive image and showcasing the organization's culture and values.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
