Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in urban sector projects and government engagements. The role involves leading project delivery, driving strategic initiatives, and managing Program Management Units (PMUs) for large-scale urban development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage urban sector projects for Central Government, State Government, and PSUs
- Drive development of strategy documents, vision plans, and policy frameworks for urban initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
- Manage and guide teams as a team lead across projects and assignments
- Lead and coordinate Program Management Units (PMUs) for project implementation
- Engage with senior stakeholders for decision-making, reporting, and governance
- Ensure effective planning, monitoring, and evaluation of project outcomes
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic documents
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM / M.Plan / M.Tech or equivalent Master's degree
Experience & Expertise
- Experience leading projects in urban sector for Government/PSU clients
- Proven experience in project leadership and team management
- Strong exposure to strategy/vision development for urban initiatives
- Experience working as a team lead in urban sector assignments
- Exposure to Program Management Units (PMUs) and large-scale program execution
