Job Description

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Client Service / Strategy / Product Management or similar roles
Excellent communication stakeholder management skills
Ability to absorb new concepts through self-driven research and by leveraging market connects
Sound appreciation of the capital market ecosystem in general and post-trade settlement activities in particular
Ability to work in a fast-changing dynamic environment
MBA / CA or equivalent qualification
Recognize and reach out to clients to pitch products and services
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Attend face-to-face meetings with clients
Make proposals, presentations, and be able to present to clients
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Follow up with leads aggressively and achieve set targets
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Co-ordinate and liaise with various departments
Follow-up meetings/reminders with various departments and clients
Conduct Training and Awareness Programs for various officials and Investors
Participate actively in Events/Seminars/Training programs hosted by the company
Candidate should be willing to travel
