Role Overview:
Responsible for managing dealer and distributor networks, driving sales growth, ensuring market penetration, and maintaining strong trade relationships within the laminates and building materials segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets by increasing product reach and coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and ensure product visibility.
- Identify new dealer opportunities and onboard them.
- Negotiate pricing, schemes, and terms with channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.
- Ensure timely collections and credit management.
- Conduct product training and promotional activities for channel partners.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 45+ years of B2B dealer/channel sales in laminates, interiors, or building materials.
- Strong network in dealer/distributor trade.
