Job Description

Organizational Relationships

  • Reports to: Regional Head
  • Supervises: NA
  • Coordinates with: Dealers, Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, Regional Head, Client, HO
  • Functional relationship with: Branch Managers, Regional Head

Qualification

  • Essential: Graduate in any stream
  • Preferred: MBA Marketing/Finance
  • NCFM certification Equity and Derivatives (Desirable)

Experience

  • Relevant: 6+ years in banking / MF/ Custodian/ broking industry as sales manager/relationship manager/client servicing manager
  • Total: 6 + years

Skills

  • Should possess a good aptitude
  • Should know the broking business
  • Should have sales skills
  • Should have good HNI client/Family Offices relationships
  • Should have good communication skills written and verbal
  • Should have job knowledge

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire HNI clients/family offices/PMS service providers
  • HNI lead generation through various methods
  • Increase revenue streams by focusing on the set budget for a given period
  • Increase Emkay brand and service offering visibility
