We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Assistant Manager Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue and building client relationships. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. Real Estate exp mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
