Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales activities for managed office spaces, coworking, and flexible workspace solutions in Hyderabad.
  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise corporate clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and multinational companies.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and channel networks.
  • Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and occupancy targets.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR, Admin, Real Estate procurement teams).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal, facilities) to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and prepare management reports.
  • Mentor and support sales associates or junior sales staff (if applicable).

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative corporate sales capabilities with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good understanding of commercial real estate, managed office spaces, and flexible workspace solutions.
  • Ability to build and sustain client relationships and networks in Hyderabad's corporate ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 815+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, managed office spaces, coworking/flexible workspace, or commercial real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of high-value deal closures and exceeding sales targets.
