Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Sales and Business Development, based in New Delhi. The role is responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships to drive growth. The candidate will oversee sales operations, lead generation, and client engagement while providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing business plans, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech Civil engineering
  • Strong Sales Operations and Business Planning skills to develop and execute strategies that meet revenue goals
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting market trends and providing actionable insights
  • Solid Customer Service capabilities to address client needs and enhance satisfaction
  • Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
  • MBA is a plus
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
