Snabbit is India's first Quick-Service App delivering home services in just 10 minutes through a hyperlocal network of trained and verified professionals. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can build and scale acquisition systems, raise the bar on growth excellence, and make Snabbit's growth engine run brilliantly

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own user acquisition end-to-end and help Snabbit scale efficiently. You'll drive growth across paid channels, build a strong experimentation muscle, and work closely with Product, Data, and Ops to turn marketing into a predictable growth engine - not just a spend lever.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, and who gets excited by numbers, funnels, and rapid iteration.

What You'll Do

  • Own performance marketing end-to-end: Plan, execute, and scale acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, Affiliates, and Programmatic platformsowning performance from launch to scale.
  • Drive core growth metrics: Relentlessly optimize for CAC, LTV:CAC, payback, and efficient new user volume through structured experimentation and sharp decision-making.
  • Build a strong measurement foundation: Own attribution and tracking across the stackMMPs (AppsFlyer / Branch / Adjust), event schemas, SKAN, offline conversions, and attribution logic.
  • Optimize the full funnel: Analyze user journeys from click to activation and beyond, identify drop-offs, and run experiments to systematically plug funnel leaks.
  • Lead creative experimentation: Partner with design and content teams to build thumb-stopping creatives, test messaging angles, and iterate quickly based on performance data.
  • Experiment at speed: Launch and evaluate new channels, targeting strategies, formats, and bids with precision and learning velocity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Ops, and Data teams to create a closed-loop growth system where insights translate into product and operational improvements.
  • Automate and scale: Set up rules, scripts, pacing logic, and creative rotation to scale campaigns efficiently without sacrificing control.
  • Own reporting and insights: Build dashboards, track KPIs, and clearly communicate actionable insights to stakeholdersturning data into decisions.

What we're looking for

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for a consumer-tech app or a performance marketing agency.
  • Proven success running and scaling campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, Affiliates, and Programmatic channels.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust).
  • Deeply data-driven, with fluency in GA4, Firebase, Looker / Data Studio, and Excel.
  • Solid grasp of funnels, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
  • A builder's mindset: high ownership, curiosity, and the hunger to build systems from scratch.
