Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage a strong performance marketing strategy to drive business growth.
  • Develop and optimize digital acquisition and remarketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across paid channels while ensuring high ROI and efficient CAC.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media.
  • Explore and test new marketing channels to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with management to share insights, improve funnel conversion, and present results regularly.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling large customer acquisition programs in an online business environment.
  • Experience in media planning and execution across multiple online channels.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of acquisition metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across:
  • Google Search & Display, Facebook, Snapchat, OTT platforms
  • Ad Exchanges (e.g., Vserv, Komli, Tyroo, Affle, Resultrix, AdChakra)
  • DSPs (DV360, MiQ, In-Mobi, Revx)
  • Content platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
  • Remarketing platforms (Criteo, AdRoll)
  • Ability to define and track key metrics, optimize costs, and scale strategies effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to understand consumer psychology and design innovative acquisition campaigns.
