About the Role
- The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is a high-ownership account management role responsible for partner experience, governance, reporting, and relationship growth.
- This role ensures that every lender receives a predictable, structured, and high-quality engagement with DPDzero across onboarding, hypercare, and maturity.
- You will be the lender's primary interface ensuring clarity, alignment, responsiveness, and a seamless cross-functional delivery experience. This role does not own collections strategy or efficiency; instead, it ensures communication, coordination, and partner confidence remain strong.
Responsibilities
1. Partner Relationship Ownership
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned lenders
- Build strong working relationships with collections heads, risk teams, and business stakeholders
- Ensure clarity on expectations, scope, SLAs, and timelines
2. Onboarding & Delivery Governance
- Lead lender onboarding using DPDzero's structured SOP
- Establish communication channels, meeting cadences, and reporting flows
- Ensure internal teams (Ops, Digital, Field, Product, Finance) are aligned on commitments
3. Reporting & Insight Communication
- Own MIS, performance summaries, and governance decks for weekly, MBR, and QBR discussions
- Summarize outcomes, flags, dependencies, and updates in a structured manner
- Present insights clearly to partner stakeholders (without owning strategy)
4. Issue Management & Escalation Handling
- Track issues raised by partners and ensure timely internal follow-up
- Maintain clear documentation of actions, owners, and timelines
- Provide predictable updates to lenders, avoiding last-minute surprises
5. Expansion & Relationship Growth
- Identify upsell opportunities across products, geographies, and delinquency buckets
- Strengthen partner confidence through consistent communication and delivery experience
- Convert strong relationships into references and advocacy
Requirements
Preferred Background
- 5+ years of Enterprise account management or customer success in fintech/BFSI/SaaS
- Experience running structured governance with CXO/VP-level stakeholders
- Exposure to analytics, reporting, or delivery coordination
Skills & Capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to run structured meetings and governance workflows
- Strong analytical comfort for reading MIS and performance summaries
