About the Delivery Team:
EY advances innovation in Physical AI by enabling regional robotics labs and supporting business-driven initiatives. The focus is on practical Physical AI technologies and framework that deliver measurable, enterprise-value level benefits.
Next Frontier's Physical AI team is led by Youngjun Choi, EY Global Robotics and Physical AI Leader.
Position Summary:
An Innovation Product Manager serves as a strategic conduit for Next Frontier's Physical AI team, collaborating with Physical AI leaders, regional lab leaders, client account teams, and external ecosystem partners. This role is pivotal in helping the Physical AI team navigate complex challenges, shape the direction of Physical AI initiatives and projects, and ensure alignment with strategic leadership goals.
Essential Responsibilities of the Job:
Own all funded and in scope Physical AI investments/projects, to ensure successful execution against milestones. Report wins and risks to senior leadership in a timely manner.
Manage cross-functional, regional and global teams, overseeing dependencies to ensure project execution across SLs and Super Regions within EY, as well as with client account teams.

Guide and manage teams, including engineers and designers, to evolve technical proofs of concept, ensuring desirability, viability, and technology feasibility.
