Assistant Manager Business Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Apply analytics expertise to solve problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Generate high-quality reports, dashboards, and structured summaries using Power BI, Tableau, and similar platforms.
• Develop a deep understanding of the data platform, ETL processes, and technology stack to ensure accurate reporting.
• Use statistical techniques to validate findings and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, support strategic decisions, and drive growth through predictive modeling and analysis.
• Manage projects end-to-end, write efficient queries, and optimize performance via A/B testing and solution design.
• Contribute data-driven insights to experiments and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
