Manager Offering

Role Responsibilities:

1. Own and manage the entire product line for Fire Alarm, Access Control, and BMS solutions with future portfolio expansions.
2. Lead offering and product management initiatives including pricing, material handling, inventory, and channel partner engagement.
3. Conduct customer-facing technical workshops, webinars, and engage with consultant communities for solution positioning.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, BD, sales, and communication teams to execute launch plans and support B2B channel strategy.

Key Deliverables:

1. Strategic product roadmap and pricing/list creation aligned with business margin goals.
2. Effective stakeholder communication and customer requirement management across internal and external teams.
3. Execution of marketing and launch campaigns for Fire/Access Control solutions across India.
4. Technical pre-sales support and on-ground travel for product promotion and customer engagement.
