Job Description

Support the team with delivery of the annual marketing schedule in India in order to generate new business leads, manage our brand and ensure we have a consistent, relevant brand message and story in the market place. Specifically working on html email campaigns, analysing and reporting data, online product promotion, website and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Production:

  • Design and produce engaging HTML emails.
  • Format emails, organize, and complete distribution for various marketing campaigns.
  • Provide monitoring and analysis on email campaigns to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Test different email campaign ideas to improve response rates and effectiveness.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Responsible for copywriting and proofreading all marketing content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compelling messaging.
  • Creation and curation of marketing content specifically tailored for various social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, and others.
  • Manage and update Client testimonials and case studies, showcasing successful partnerships and results.

Social Media Channel Management:

  • Strategize, manage, and execute content plans across all designated social media channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

Website Support & Content Management:

  • Manage and update content on the company website, ensuring it is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience.
  • Utilize CMS experience to efficiently manage website content.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide comprehensive monitoring and analysis of all digital marketing activities, including email campaigns and website performance.
  • Manage and provide MIS (Management Information System) function support for the Sales Teams as required, delivering insightful data and reports to aid decision-making.
  • Responsible for analyzing and reporting data across all marketing initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Competencies, Attributes, Knowledge:

  • High proficiency in HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Excel (especially for creating reports), and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Good communicator, capable of articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CMS (Content Management System) and email campaign management.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce insightful reports.
  • Strong copywriting skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency with Illustrator, Flash, InDesign.
