We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for New Franchisee Management at SIP Academy. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new franchisees, providing ongoing support, and driving their success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process of new franchisees and ensure adherence to SIP Academy's standards.
• Provide training and support to new franchisees to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for franchise growth and performance improvement.
• Monitor franchisee performance and provide feedback to optimize operations and profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support franchisee promotional efforts.
• Analyze market trends and franchisee performance data to identify opportunities for expansion.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-12 years of experience in franchise management or business development.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations and business model.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with franchisees.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Ability to develop training programs and materials for franchisee education.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of franchising and compliance requirements.
