Position Title: Area Manager. 

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Compensation: ₹12 to ₹15 Lakhs per Annum (LPA)

Industry Background:

- Candidates must have experience from one or more of the following sectors:

- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

- Tyre Manufacturing

- Battery Manufacturing

- Field Sales Experience

- Bearing Company

- Lubricants Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage area sales operations.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales and territory management.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and deliver actionable insights.

- Willingness to travel frequently.
