Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced .NET Manager to lead enterprise application development and drive innovation in C# .NET (WPF, WCF, SQL). The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and proven experience in managing software delivery across modules and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise‑grade .NET applications.
- Own accountability for client software modules and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships for software delivery, patch management, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Sales, IT/Engineering, and Regional Heads.
- Drive solution development, database optimization, and customer support.
- Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and best practices.
