Technical Delivery Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 1518 years of overall IT experience to lead the successful delivery of enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing .NET and Azure-based projects, along with hands-on exposure to AI initiatives for at least 2 years.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management to drive large-scale digital transformation and AI-enabled projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects involving .NET, Azure, and AI-based solutions.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of complex enterprise applications.
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and resource allocation across multiple engagements.
• Drive delivery of cloud-native applications and solutions built on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and AI teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and governance for projects involving .NET, Azure, and AI technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
• Ensure adherence to agile delivery practices, DevOps processes, and quality standards.
• Track and manage project metrics, delivery milestones, and performance KPIs.
• Mentor and guide teams, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1518 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in project and delivery management.
• Proven experience managing .NET-based application development projects.
• Strong experience delivering Azure cloud-based solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects or AI-enabled solution delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and modern application development frameworks.
• Experience working with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks and AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Azure AI services, data platforms, or analytics solutions.
• Certifications in Azure, Agile, or Project Management (PMP/Scrum) are a plus.
• Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs.
