Job Description

Major responsibility will be identify, build and manage rule engines and policies across partner lenders to derive maximum efficiencies in business loan and other SME loan applications
Spearhead the complete logic, lender policy negotiations, routing logics using possible segmentation approaches
Create BRD, vendor management at various stages digitizing this initiative in an iterative and cost efficient manner
Roll out plans, manage expectations and also train stakeholders to enable the desired funnel and pipeline across various possible lending solutions to MSMEs
Manage healthy partner relationships and align features, policies with them
Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand in conjunction to lender requirement
Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps

Educational Qualifications:

B.Tech/B.E ,and MBA/PGDM

Candidate Attributes:

3-8 years of experience in similar experience role in fintechs, NBFCs and Banks on MSME sides
Should have understanding of market segmentation and lender wise offerings, detailed policy across digital and physical channels and possible deviations in various products
Deep understanding of compliance, RBI circulars
Should have managed the growth ecosystems in these institutes, market opportunity, channel management and competition landscape
Significant exposure towards small ticket business loan, end-use restricted business loans, underwriting policies is encouraged
