Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute business strategies and priorities for the Customer Order Execution function.
  • Harmonize processes and knowledge sharing across teams, functions, and the wider organization.
  • Engage with multiple partners to identify improvement opportunities and enhance engagement.

People Development

  • Focus on coaching and developing first-level managers.
  • Lead succession planning for critical positions, identifying and mentoring successors.
  • Promote organizational growth through targeted people development initiatives.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead business process transitions and optimize Customer Order Execution processes from entry to closure.
  • Ensure operational efficiency across processes and deliverables.
  • Monitor audits (internal/external) and manage risk promptly.
  • Drive functional ownership to meet KPIs, improve quality, and optimize resources.

Process Innovation

  • Promote technological adoption for process automation and enhancements.
  • Implement solutions for sustained efficiency while maintaining or improving customer satisfaction.
