SAP Technical Program Manager

Strategic responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Work closely with program managers, product managers, designers, developers, and QA analysts to define project scope, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in risk management activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to minimize delays and ensure successful outcomes.
• Work on regular status updates, progress reports, and team meetings, providing updates on project milestones, challenges, and dependencies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve blockers, and optimize workflows, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Required:

• 13+ years of experience
• Proven experience in managing IT programs
• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies can facilitate adaptability and responsiveness in managing complex programs with evolving requirements.
• Understanding data analysis techniques and tools can aid in leveraging data insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize program performance
