About the Role:
At CoinDCX, the HR Business Partner serves as a critical link between business strategy and people initiatives. Operating within a dedicated HRBP team structure, this Manager-level role reports directly to the AVP - HRBP and will collaborate closely with Senior Manager counterparts to manage a diverse portfolio.
You will be the people and culture architect for the Bangalore office, responsible for driving a high-performance culture, ensuring talent strategy alignment, and managing the full employee lifecycle for all Non-Tech Business Units. Your mandate extends to acting as the dedicated HRBP for select Technology teams: Infosec, Analytics, and Enterprise IT. This role calls for a strategic partner who can operate at the intersection of local Bangalore dynamics, compliance requirements, and CoinDCX's high-growth culture to ensure our talent strategy endures market cycles and drives operational excellence. You will partner closely with Function Heads, managers and the central HR team to execute people-centric programs across your diverse portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Advisory: Strategically partner with Leads and Managers in the Bangalore office to define and drive the people agenda, serving as a trusted advisor to cultivate the desired high-performance culture and translate function-specific insights into organization-wide programs and interventions.
- Data Insights: Design, analyze, and interpret key people metrics and business unit data (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance) to identify systemic trends, predict future challenges, and recommend proactive, data-driven solutions that enhance operational excellence, performance, and retention.
- Lifecycle Management: Own the comprehensive employee lifecycle across all non-tech and select tech teams (Infosec, Analytics, and Enterprise IT), continuously optimizing processes from onboarding through performance management, career pathing, and offboarding to ensure efficiency and a seamless employee experience.
- Agile Innovation: Embrace a culture of change and agility, operating with an AI-first mindset to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency across HR processes and people initiatives.
- Performance Coaching: Establish and champion a culture of continuous, transparent performance feedback and communication. Proactively coach managers on effective performance management, difficult conversations, and conflict resolution, maintaining a strong pulse of the floor through listening channels and translating feedback into collaborative action plans.
- Site Communication: Lead the site-level communication charter and execute targeted cross-functional interventions to ensure clarity, alignment, and drive organizational change.
- Functional Alignment: Drive monthly functional all-hands ensuring smooth communication flow within all units.
- Culture Building: Spearhead the development and implementation of robust retention frameworks and cultural initiatives within the Bangalore office, including leading independent, thorough investigations for employee grievances and cultivating a strong sense of organizational belongingness and compliance.
- Strategic Partnership: Actively undertake additional responsibilities and strategically partner with other HR sub-units, such as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, to support key initiatives such as organizing on-the-floor events.

- You have substantial experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within mid-sized/ large tech/ fintech startups or high-growth technology environments, with strong familiarity in partnering with varied functions.
