About Role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our Corporate teams and drive the people agenda across the organization. This role will work closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams, improve employee experience, and ensure smooth execution of key HR processes.

You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees while owning the end-to-end HR lifecycle for corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

  • Partner with leaders across Corporate functions to understand business priorities and translate them into people initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organization design, and team effectiveness.
  • Drive regular check-ins with business leaders to identify people-related challenges and opportunities.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, promotions, and exits.
  • Ensure a seamless employee experience across all HR touchpoints.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify actionable insights to improve retention.

Performance Management

  • Support goal-setting, performance reviews, feedback conversations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Work with managers to build high-performing teams through continuous feedback and coaching.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve employee satisfaction and team morale.
  • Act as a culture ambassador by reinforcing Snabbit's values across teams.

Talent & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring priorities, workforce planning, and onboarding.
  • Support managers in organization planning and team structuring.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently across corporate teams.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and policy implementation.

HR Analytics

  • Track and analyze HR metrics including attrition, engagement, performance, hiring, and headcount.
  • Present insights and recommendations to business leaders for informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in an HRBP or Generalist role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals across employee lifecycle, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence managers at different levels.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Data-driven approach with good analytical and decision-making skills.
  • High ownership, bias for action, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior experience partnering with Corporate functions such as Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Business, or Operations is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling organization is an added advantage.
