D. Role Overview

The Manager – HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR responsibilities for a specific region while partnering with business leaders to support people's priorities and business growth. The role will also support central HR initiatives across the organization, ensuring consistent execution of HR processes, culture-building practices, employee engagement, and performance management.

This is a hands-on HRBP role requiring strong stakeholder management, employee relations capability, ownership mindset, and the ability to balance regional execution with organization-wide HR priorities.

Job Location: Bangalore and Delhi NCR

E. What You'll Do

Regional HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with regional business leaders to understand people priorities, team challenges, and business goals.
  • Provide HR support to improve team effectiveness, productivity, and people readiness.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor for managers and employees across the assigned region.

Organization Culture

  • Drive culture-building initiatives and ensure strong adoption of company values across the region.
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and people-connect initiatives.
  • Reinforce leadership expectations and desired workplace behaviours through regular interventions.

Performance Management

  • Manage the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback discussions.
  • Support managers in driving performance conversations and documentation.
  • Track performance improvement actions and support the timely closure of PIP cases, wherever applicable.

Employee Queries & Relations

  • Address employee concerns, HR queries, and escalations with fairness, confidentiality, and timely resolution.
  • Support managers in handling employee relations matters and conflict situations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and closure of employee cases as per HR guidelines.

Employee Experience

  • Improve employee experience across onboarding, engagement, performance, retention, and exit stages.
  • Conduct regular connects with employees to understand concerns and identify improvement areas.
  • Partner with central HR teams to drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business heads, managers, employees, and central HR teams for smooth HR execution.
  • Ensure timely communication and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional stakeholders to drive better people outcomes.

Talent Acquisition Coordination

  • Coordinate with the TA team and business stakeholders for hiring requirements and manpower planning.
  • Support timely interview feedback, hiring closures, and onboarding readiness.
  • Ensure smooth handover from hiring to onboarding for new joiners in the region.

Central HR Initiatives

  • Support central HR projects such as engagement, policy implementation, manager capability building, and HR process improvements.
  • Drive adoption of HR initiatives across the region with proper communication and follow-through.
  • Share regional feedback and insights to improve central HR programs and processes.

Business Growth Partnership

  • Collaborate with regional teams to improve productivity, retention, and team effectiveness.
  • Support people planning for business growth, expansion, and revenue priorities.
  • Identify people risks and work with managers to create timely action plans.

Admin & IT Coordination

  • Act as the regional SPOC for L1 Admin and IT-related queries.
  • Coordinate with Admin and IT teams for timely resolution of employee requirements.
  • Ensure smooth workplace support for employees across the assigned region.

F. You Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and employee relations skills.
  • MBA / PGDM in HR must.
