- Develop and implement strategies to grow RPO service vertical
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, client meetings, and presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate internally with accounts receivable and cross-functional teams to maximize revenue
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Act as key point of contact for client stakeholders and SPOCs
- Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, and talent strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Create and enhance hiring models and recruitment frameworks
- Conduct process briefing sessions and training programs for recruiters
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regions and operations
Training & Team Development
- Coach and mentor recruitment teams
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development programs
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and quality standards
