Job Description

RPO Account & Team Management

  • Manage end-to-end RPO recruitment operations across delivery centers and regional locations
  • Oversee performance management and productivity of recruitment teams
  • Align recruitment strategy with client workforce planning needs

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow RPO service vertical
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, client meetings, and presentations
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate internally with accounts receivable and cross-functional teams to maximize revenue

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Act as key point of contact for client stakeholders and SPOCs
  • Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, and talent strategies
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement

Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Create and enhance hiring models and recruitment frameworks
  • Conduct process briefing sessions and training programs for recruiters
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regions and operations

Training & Team Development

  • Coach and mentor recruitment teams
  • Conduct performance reviews and skill development programs
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and quality standards
