Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring the right talent is hired within defined timelines.
- Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
- Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing strategies including job portals, networking, referrals, and bulk hiring methods.
- Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience through structured and efficient hiring processes.
Strategy & Process Improvement
- Review and improve existing recruitment practices and recommend strategic enhancements.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and consistently meet defined performance KPIs.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead and manage recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and performance ownership.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation, interview processes, and hiring compliance standards.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and performance reports.
