Job Description

Manager/Head-HR & Liaison:
MBA-HR with minimum 10 year experience as Manager-HR with focus on HRD, Policy formulation and implementation, linking KPI's/KRA's with PMS,Training & Development aimed at Competence Development in Manufacturing industry engaged. Must be a Committed Professional with proven track record of Competence Development & Leadership abilities.
The position requires Strategic HR Planning | Stakeholder Management | Employee Engagement | Competence Development | Performance Assessment | Succession Planning With Analytical as well as empathetic approach to handle People & Culture related HR issues across company to bring out the best of his team.
Candidate should have a strong urge and commitment to serve people and positively impact their lives.
Preferred Age Limit: 35-45 years
Job Profile:
HRM/HRD Function:
Manpower Planning, end to end recruitment and help in formulating Retention Strategies.
Formulation of HR Policy, Devising SOP's for various Departments and linking KRA/KPI with PMS and Objectives
To Impart various training for newly recruited, educate about values and objectives of company through induction.
Identification of Training Requirements through process of performance appraisal & skill gap analysis,Competency Mapping etc.

Job Description:- HR Manager (3 Manufacturing plants Ludhiana, Dharwad & Vadodara total manpower strength 425 person)
1. Candidate have Sound Knowledge of HR Laws Prevailing & Statutory Compliances
2. Good communication skills and experience of dealing with senior level team members for training needs to team
members.
3. Should have Sound Knowledge for implemention of KRA/ KPI's & Drafting, Implementation of SOP's.
4. Understanding of cultural difference to handle team members of different plants.
5. Exposure of skill matrix and competency assessment for staff members to keep the right person at right place.
6. Proactive approach to get the results from critical positions as per annual plans and long term vision.
7. Working exposure of Succession planning approaches to avoid underutilization / non utilization of resources due to
movement of position holder
8. Should be confident enough to impart the basis conceptual trainings to team members on motivation, time / Team
management etc.
9. Willing to travel Punjab, Gujarat and Karnataka (Manufacturing Location as and when required).
Experience:- Experience of 7 to 10 years of working in manufacturing industry with multiple plants.
Job Location:- Gurgaon
Salary:- 15 Lakh CTC P.A Negotiable
